Aquarius Tea: Breathe Deep into Community Blend, is inspired by the community of pine trees, which have graced my life in recent years. The medicine from Pine Trees is expansive, deep, old world.
Based on the theory of Medical Astrology, every astrological sign corresponds to parts of the body. And because medicinal herbs have use and function for different parts of the body as well, when the two are properly aligned, specific herbs can help each sign. Astrological teas can also align with energetic qualities of a sign. Every sign corresponds to a season and to one of the four elements, as well. The herbs in this blend are therefore crafted with this in mind!
The sign of Aquarius rules the realm of the mind and the nervous system. As is common with all air signs, the sign of Aquarius can also align with the respiratory system. Aquarius season also coincides with deep winter time, so supportive herbs for winter are appropriate. This is a very fitting tea for Aquarius Season, for Aquarians and for our current Aquarian times!

Pine Needles: Super High in Vit C and a good source of Vitamin A. Pine Needles are said to contain 4-5 times more Vitamin C then lemons! They are very supportive for the immune system. Pine Needles were traditionally used by Native Americans to help prevent illness and to alleviate coughs and colds. Pine Needles may also help to elevate the mood, support overall brain health and provide greater mental energy, calmness and clarity. Taoist priests are said to have drank Pine Needle tea for stamina and longevity. Pine Needles are also said to be anti microbial and high in antioxidants. Plus they have a delicious lemony, pine taste with a mild natural sweetness!
Nettles: One of the most nutritive plants in the plant world! The Green Goddess! Loaded with essential vitamins and minerals, anti inflammatory and a great source of antioxidants and Quercetin. An invaluable tonic herb for the lungs as well.
Green Tea: Great source of Quercetin and is a rich source of vitamins and antioxidants. Contains caffeine which can be stimulating and energizing.
