Winter Solstice Soothing Apple Spice Tea is a delicious and perfect blend for the fall and winter seasons!

This special blend contains Red Rooibas, which has a nutty, almost fruity flavor with a hint of vanilla and caramel. Rooibos also has many health benefits! It is high in antioxidants (including glutathione!), as well as polyphenols and Vitamin C. Rooibos also contains quercetin, a natural anti histamine. It is also very soothing and relaxing!

Ceylon cinnamon, also called "real cinnamon", is another prominent ingredient in the blend. Ceylon is a milder tasting cinnamon and is said to have greater health properties then the more popular and less expensive Cassia cinnamon. In addition to Ceylon, autumnal/winter herbs like ginger, allspice and star anise offer seasonal immune support. And of course the star of the show... Apples! The taste and spirit of the season and abundant with nutritional benefits.

This blend also contains Milky Oat Tops and Oatstraw, which help to nourish and soothe the nerves. And vanilla bean powder of course, because it is a deliciously perfect flavor match! A very relaxing, scrumptious and balanced blend with many layers of flavor and benefit.
