Super Delicious Keto Bread!!!

I am so overjoyed with how this turned out!
This Keto bread is fantastic!
It's super nourishing, hearty and satisfying.
It rocks so many benefits:
Keto, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Sweetener Free, High Protein, Yeast Free and Gum Free.
And delicious! Yey! You can eat it cold or toasted too, either way it's great. :)

Super Delicious Keto Bread!!!
2 cups Almond Flour (elevate this ingredient even more by using freshly ground roasted, salted almonds!)
1/2 cup Lupin Flour
2 TBS Oat Fiber (Oat Fiber NOT Oat Flour!!!)
2 TBS Psyllium Husk Powder
1 TBS Baking Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
6 Large Eggs
1/2 cup Half and Half
1/4 cup Melted Butter
4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

I like seeds in my breads so I added poppy seeds.
You can also add or top with other seeds like sesame, caraway, pumpkin or sunflower.
Or omit the seeds all together, if that doesn’t excite you!
Whatever you like!

How you do:
Whisk all the dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients and combine well until you have a lovely dough.
Spoon into a parchment paper lined bread loaf pan.
Bake for about 1 hour in a preheated oven, at 350 degrees.
Voila! You’ve got super delicious Keto bread. 🙂 Enjoy!
