Spicy Chai Tea goodness! Wow! I love this tea.

I used this on a minor sun burn which felt hot and uncomfortable at bedtime. By morning, my skin looked and felt great:)

I love this tea! I have severe MCS and when I have an exposure my throat swells up, my air ways are inflammed, so I can't breath or swallow very well. My normal routine was to start a 60mg of prednisone and gradually start weaning down after 2 or 3 weeks. So far with this tea I don't have to use the prednisone, it helps reduce my symptoms and no more bad prednisone side effects!!
