Keto Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

This is an absolutely delicious, protein packed Keto Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pound Cake! For many years, I've been experimenting with gluten free, low carb, sugar free/glycemic sweetener free/sugar alcohol free, baking! This recipe was a huge success, so wanted to share.

Keto Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

-1 ½ cups Almond Flour

-3 TBS Coconut Flour

-2 scoops Further Food Chocolate Collagen Powder

-1 TBS Mystic Crow’s Medicinal Mushroom Hot Chocolate Blend

-2 TBS Cacao Powder

-2 TBS Flax Meal

-¼ tsp Monk Fruit sweetener (pure Monk Fruit powder with nothing else in it)

-Pinch of Baja Gold Sea Salt

-4 Eggs

-½ heaping cup Yogurt (I like Stonyfield Probiotic Yogurt)

-3 TBS Sunbutter (make sure you get the one that is sugar free)

-3/4 cup Half and Half

-3 TBS melted butter (I use salted, but you do you)

-Eyeball to your liking Choczero Dark Chocolate Chips (I used about 3 hand fulls)

-Chopped Pecans or Almonds on top

How you do:

Whisk all of yer dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.

Line a baking loaf pan with natural parchment paper and pour the mix in!

Top with chopped pecans or almonds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour

Let cool if you can wait! Slice and eat as is, or top with whipped cream. Or you can make "Devil Dogs" which is fun! I make my whipped cream with a little sea salt, stevia extract and vanilla. The chocolate ghost you see on top of the whipped cream (added for spooky season), is also made by Choczero. :)
